The Centre provides generalist casework, referral and advocacy services to humanitarian entrants who have been in Australia for less than five years and who live in the north metropolitan area.
The Settlement Grants Program Generalist’s services include help with Immigration information, Immigration assistance, Citizenship, Income support, Finances, Material assistance, Emergency relief, Employment, Education and Training, Overseas Qualifications, Accommodation and Housing, Health and Mental health, Torture and Trauma, Childcare, Youth issues, Aged Care, Domestic violence, Legal and Police matters, and other Settlement information.

The Settlement Grants Generalist’s services are available Monday – Thursday 9am – 5pm and Friday 9am – 4.30pm.
